RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
All deliveries from Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd and it's affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting www.muirfield.com.au, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd or it's affiliates.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations can be made by email or by telephone. Any cancellations advised by email must allow 48 hours (excludes non working days) for email processing and cancelling. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before telephone advise) can be recalled/returned however courier charges cannot be refunded. Where a purchase has been paid by credit card a transaction/restocking fee will apply.
RETURNS
The warranty duration and conditions of the products sold by Muirfield Computer Services PL are determined by the product's manufacturer. Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd where possible will act of your behalf to resolve any warranty claim. Some manufacturers offer a direct replacement with the customer so we do encourage this course of resolution to minimize equipment downtime. Any product return request as a result of incorrect product selection, incompatibility issues etc is at the discretion of Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd and may incur a restocking fee where products are not in the condition in which they were sold.
PAYMENT
Until Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd has been paid in full for all goods supplied to the customer under any contract whatsoever the goods shall remain as the property of Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd. Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd may at any time revoke the customer's power of sale by notice to the customer if the customer is in default in payment of any sum whatsoever due to Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd in respect of any goods or services supplied to the customer by Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd or if any bill of exchange, cheque or any other negotiable instrument drawn or accepted by the customer in favour of Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd is dishonoured on presentation for payment or if Muirfield Computer Services Pty Ltd has bona fide doubts as to the solvency of the customer. The customer's power of sale shall automatically cease in the event of the appointment of a Receiver, Receiver and Manager, Administrator or Controller over any, or all of the assets or undertaking of the customer or upon the commencement of a winding up application, the appointment of a Liquidator or if the customer call a meeting of, or makes any arrangement or composition with creditors or commits any act of bankruptcy.
MISSED DELIVERIES & REDELIVERIES
At the time of ordering it is possible to change the address to which an order is dispatched. Once an order is on its way our system will email you with the courier name and a tracking number where available. If nobody is present at the point of delivery the courier will leave a calling card so you may contact the courier for redelivery or pickup at the depot. If a consignment is returned to us undelivered and requires redelivery OR in the case where the courier requires further payment for a redelivery, Muirfield cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, and any used freight charges are not refundable.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to www.muirfield.com.au. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
