Muirfield’s office will be closed during the Christmas and New Years period from Midday on Wednesday 23rd December 2015 through until 9am on Monday 11th January 2015.
Our staff will be available during this time for urgent technical support during the break and ask that you log your request by email to email@example.com
Should you wish to contact our Sales, Accounts or Support Teams during the break you can call our office on (03) 9369-3565 and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail message for each team.
Our out of hours emergency contact facility is also available for clients with access to our current Emergency PIN number.
We thank our clients and business partners for their wonderful support during 2015, we’ve again enjoyed a very successful year with the completion of a number of significant projects and the further development of our newer services in particular our IP telephony offering.
We are excited about our plans in 2016 and look forward to continuing the development of our products and services in the new year.

We have had several reports today from clients who are experiencing problems with Outlook 2010 starting in Safe Mode.
Microsoft’s KB3114409 that has been installed as part of a recent Windows Update, Microsoft has since removed this update and provided this fix.

It has become a tradition at Muirfield to use the Melbourne Cup as an opportunity to give our hard working team a rest and indulge in a 4 day long weekend.
Our office will be closed on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd November, should you require support during this period please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office and leave a voice mail message. We will be monitoring these messages throughout our long weekend.

We have recently received advice from several distributors of the Kyocera range to advise that there has been a price increase for all Kyocera consumables products.
As a result of these changes Muirfield will pass on these cost increases from Tuesday 6th October, as always we will ensure that our consumables pricing remains competitive as a result of this price increase.
We will retain our existing pricing for all orders received prior to COB on Monday 5th October.

It is being reported that Microsoft has started to download Windows 10 onto computers running Windows 7 or 8.1 regardless of whether the user reserved a copy of the operating system upgrade.
This 6Gb download being delivered by Windows Update may cause the sudden degradation of your internet performance and add unwanted usage to a metered internet service.
